About the Scholarship
The Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program 2025-2026, launched by the Bharti Airtel Foundation, is a merit-cum-means-based initiative to support deserving students from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, with a special focus on female students, to become future technology leaders. The program targets first-year students enrolled in undergraduate or 5-year integrated engineering courses in technology-related fields at the top 50 NIRF-ranked engineering universities/institutes in India. Recipients, known as Bharti Scholars, receive comprehensive financial support, including 100% coverage of college fees, hostel and mess charges, and a laptop in their first year, enabling them to pursue higher education without financial barriers.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program 2025-2026, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Be enrolled in the first year (academic year 2025–2026) of an undergraduate or 5-year integrated course in one of the following fields: Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Data Sciences, Aerospace, or Emerging Technologies (AI, IoT, AR/VR, Machine Learning, Robotics).
Be admitted to one of the top 50 NIRF-ranked engineering universities/institutes (based on the latest NIRF ranking).
Be a citizen and permanent resident of India.
Have a family annual income from all sources not exceeding INR 8.5 lakh.
Not be a recipient of any other scholarships or grants for the same academic purposes supported by the Bharti Airtel Foundation.
Note: Preference is given to female students, persons with disabilities, students with single/no parents, and transgender individuals.
Award Amount
The scholarship provides comprehensive financial support, including:
100% College Fees: Covers full tuition and academic fees as per the course fee structure of the respective institute for the entire duration of the program (up to 5 years, subject to meeting renewal criteria).
Hostel and Mess Fees: Fully covered for students residing in campus hostels. For students in private accommodations (e.g., PG or rented housing), support is provided equivalent to the institute’s hostel/mess charges (whichever is lower).
Laptop: A high-end laptop is provided to all Bharti Scholars in their first year to support academic work (students are responsible for its safety; no replacements are provided).
Additional Benefits: Scholars gain access to regular sessions with industry leaders and academic mentors to guide their academic and career paths.
Note: Refundable and security deposits are not covered; students are responsible for these payments.
Application Process

Visit the Official Portal: Go to the Bharti Airtel Foundation’s official website or affiliated platforms like Buddy4Study (www.buddy4study.com).
Register: Create an account using a valid email ID, mobile number, or Gmail account for new users. Existing users can log in with their registered ID.
Access the Application Form: Navigate to the “Bharti Airtel Scholarship Program 2025-2026” application page and click “Start Application.”
Complete the Form: Fill in all required details, including personal, academic, and financial information.
Upload Documents: Submit all necessary documents as specified below.
Review and Submit: Accept the “Terms and Conditions,” preview the application to ensure accuracy, and click “Submit” to complete the process.
Pre-Registration Note: The main application form opens in the first week of June 2025. Interested applicants can submit a pre-registration form to express interest via the Buddy4Study platform.
